PRESIDENT TRUMP FIRES US ATTORNEY GENERAL THAT CRITICIZED HIS IMMIGRATION EXECUTIVE ORDER AS UNLAWFUL


President Trump had fired the US Attorney General General Sally Yates when she defied him of the controversial executive order on immigration. This was made known through a statement issued on Monday by the white house Press Secretary, Sean Spicer.

She was fired after she refused to execute the executive order of President Trump on immigration which is aimed at protecting US citizens, calling it illegal.

in her words, She said, to in a statement issued to the lawyers at the department of justice, "I am responsible for ensuring that the decisions we took in court remains conssitent with this  institution solemn obligation to always seek justice and stand for what is right,

"at present i am not convinced that the defence of the executive order is consistent with these obligation nor am I convinced that the executive order is lawful".

Law had taken to his twitter account to condemn the action of the Chief law officer, satting same to be self serving and symbolic.

Yates was appointed by the former president Barrack Obama.

The White house had dismissed the wordings of the removed AG and stated same to be rhectoric, stating that President Trump acted in line with his Presidential powers.

A new Attorney General, Dana Boente had been sworn in immediately.
