SEX VIDEO: Why Babcock University Authorities Would be Held Responsible - Richarmond O. Natha-Alade

By this piece, I do not intend to go too legal this time around, but to speak and appeal to reasoning and commonsense of fellow being. Yet, I would lend my voice on the legality and necessary implications and consequences of the actions and inactions of all players within.

If you ever belong to the later 20th century and early 21st century and you never had sex in the uni or any tertiary institution of your study, raise up your hand!

Adelabu v. Seyi Makinde: Me Lords at the Court of Appeal Could Have Done More – Richarmond O. Natha-Alade

Richarmond O. Natha-Alade

It is exactly two days the constituted Election Petition Panel of the Court of Appeal, Abuja, sitting within the Ibadan judicial division delivered Judgement which many believe is quite uncommon and/or strange in the political history of Nigeria.

For the first time, all parties in an appeal appear joyous and each side (with genuine and/or mischief intents) commending the court for the job well done. Both parties on the major divide seem to have a momentary and/or spontaneous satisfaction of court pronouncements; when in actual fact no actual verdict for and/or against parties was made. Bespeak, the judgement was in favour of all and in favour of none; hence no winner, no vanquish. The Honourable court only made order as to statusquo as it were upon declaration of winner by Independent National Electoral Commission.

Variation of Stringent Bail Conditions not Enough, Sowore Deserves no Bail - Richarmond O. Natha-Alade

Richarmond O. Natha-Alade

Following recent outcries and sentiments whipped by Omoyele Sowore, his supporters and the key players in his defence, occasioned by his arrest and detention ordeal, everyone suddenly turned to blame the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria as a tyrant upon whose authority Omoyele Sowore had been detained and undergoing trial for treasonable felony and terrorism, among other charges. Unfortunately, most Nigerians and persons in this shoe do not know as of fact that President Buhari may not be aware that anybody called Omoyele Sowore is being held, detained and undergoing trial for such offence. Isn’t that interesting? It would be justified in due course.

#RevolutionNow: Femi Falana, SAN Slipped! He Compared Two Parallel Dead Ends – Richarmond O. Natha-Alade

Richarmond O. Natha-Alade
In my earlier publication of 4th August, 2019, titled: ‘REVOLUTION: Sowore was not properly advised, He may be sentenced to death’, I made symbolic view of the term and word ‘revolution’ by its semantics and etymology. I advanced same in relation the provisions of law with the conclusion that the usage of the word ‘Revolution’ by Sowore whose manifest intention was further enhanced and bloated by his conducts and utterances is tantamount to an act of treason and/or at least a treasonable felony punishable by death and /or life imprisonment.
