Following the success of the exhibition which took a day-long, Lawyers had been advised to take advantage of ADR programs which is one of the emerging phase in the legal profession, particularly, the newly introduced Oyo State Multi-door Courthouse under structure which was made possible  through the joint efforts of the Oyo State Judiciary led by Honourable Chief Justice Muktar L. Abimbola and the office of Oyo State Honourable Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Mr. Oluseun Abimbola. The Multi-door Courthouse commence operation as soon as the enabling law is passed and the structure in respect of same is established.

The training for the ADR programs had been scheduled for July this year, Lawyers had been advised to take advantage of the upcoming training in Ibadan this July.

In Prof. Alero Akeredolu words "Mediation & Arbitration would open up more opportunities for practice in Ibadan and environs. Only those who have the requisite training would be able to take advantage of these alternative streams of income"
Prof. Alero Akeredolu
Mr Oluseun Abimbola in his own words advised thus: "Let me emphasize that mediation is a skill and requires training in the art and science of it, even though you may have been involved unofficially in ad-hoc mediation. The Panel of Neutrals of the proposed OYMDCH will only accept certified mediators who possess the requisite qualifications and skills. Please note that non-lawyers are readily training as mediators more than lawyers are.

"There is a need to reverse that development in support of our profession. Arbitration isn't all, mediation is the now and future for a more harmonious society. A list of accredited training organizations will be provided by the Oyo State Government, the Oyo State Judiciary, and the Nigerian Bar Association Joint Committee midwifing this for our reference." he said
