The Nigerian Bar Association, NBA, through its Legal Profession Regulation Review Committee is holding a Town Hall Meeting designed to examine THE STATE OF LEGAL PROFESSION IN NIGERIA.
The one-day event which is scheduled to hold at Adetokunbo Ademola Hall of the Nigerian Law School, Victoria Island, Lagos, on Tuesday, March 14 by 1pm, will attract participants from branches of NBA, Civil Societies, Nigerian Institute of Advanced Legal Studies, the Media and other critical stakeholders
Amongst other things, the event will examine the state of the legal profession in Nigeria, identifying its challenges, the prospects and the roles of the Legal Regulatory Architecture.
Moreover, the forum will receive feedback as well as suggestions and strategies for repositioning the profession for greater efficiency and effectiveness within the Nigerian polity as well as rendering it more competitive in the global market place.
