MMM ALERTS: NIGERIANS EMBRACES NEW POLICIES TO GET HELP

The twist on the other side of life had made many MMM participants resile to fate on the workability of the Ponszi Scheme once again.

The MMM administrator had on the 12th day of December, 2016 frozen all accounts and making withdrawal of money out of the scheme impossible. The scheme administrator therefore declared the 14th day of January 2017 as the new date for unfreezing accounts of which all money would be paid back to the subscribers of the Scheme.

Following this, on the 13th of January, 2017, several subscribers accounts were unfrozen while all accounts were unfrozen on the 14th day of January as earlier declared by the scheme administrators.

despite, the unfrozen of the accounts, the Ponzi Scheme administrators came out with statements declaring only persons of little or considerable amount of investment in the scheme would be merged and paid while other persons with quite a large sum of investment would wait for the system to balance or out of its panic state.

Truly, some persons whose investment are below 50, 000 naira had benefited from the unfreezing of the accounts only if they sought help on time. while others with large investments in the scheme are waiting endlessly for a miracle.

The question is, how long would these people wait for the system to be balanced and out of panic? and what magic could convince other persons donate to the scheme for all to be paid once again? It had been observed, that since the 14th of January, 2017 when the accounts were officially unfrozen, the administrators of the popular scheme had refused to give or issue any further statements, while all pending Get Help orders created by the participants were unilaterally cancelled.

Upon cancellation of all participants pending payment orders, no order for payment could be created. From all shared experiences, it is quite notorious that many of the participants invested their entire life savings and fortunes, while others including bank managers and churches used their respective customers 'savings' and tithe to invest in the scheme. many diverted funds meant for other necessities into the scheme, some other persons borrowed from friends, family and financial institutions to invest in the scheme. The consideration such as these had led to the untimely death of of many Nigerians.

The scheme came at a time a downward turn had been casted on the Nigeria economy hence making the temptation for Nigerians to participates in such schemes inevitable.

It is certain something is totally wrong with the scheme, and since many Nigerians are facing the hardship and pains of their investment into the scheme, the question is, where do they go from here?

FAYOSE AND WIKE: TWO SIAMESE TWINS OF A KIND

The legality of sitting Governors helping alleged offenders to resist lawful arrest had became an alarming and worrisome situation in the Country.

You will recall that Governor Nyesom Wike recently foiled the attempt by the Department of State Services' effort to arrest a Judge in River State on October 8, 2016 without any justifiable ground.

Governor Fayose of Ekiti on the other side had severally prevented the lawful arrest of several suspects alleged to have committed an offence against the State. The most recent one is the resistance of the Department of State Services' arrest of Apostle Johnson Suleiman of the Omega Fire Ministry in Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State Capital on 24th January, 2017.

No justifiable reasons had been given by the State Governor on why such conducts was manifestedly carried out except for his expressed opinion that he believed the DSS were instructed from Abuja to arrest the fire brand pastor.

The law empowers law enforcement agents to effect lawful arrest against offending individuals or group of individuals. And any unlawful arrest can be challenged in the Court of Law.

The idea of Governors or group of individuals leading armed thugs or mobs against Nigerian Police, Army, DSS or any State Security apparatus which is aimed towards helping offending suspects to resist lawful arrest amounts to waging war against Nigeria; hence a treasonable felony under Nigerian Criminal Code Act and same amounts to abuse of office which is an impeachable offence.

It is trite that no one is above the law. Be you so high, the law is above you. sitting Governors can therefore not be right in taking laws into their own hands by determining who to arrest or not.

Can we therefore watch these sitting Governors in the name of immunity continue their unusual, illicit and illegal conducts?

FAYOSE IN HOT SOUP; NOT FAVOURED IN COURT ACTION

The Federal high Court sitting in Ado-Ekiti had sacked the Ekiti State Committee of the Peoples Democratic Party, led by Gboyega Oguntuase, and declared the faction led by Williams Ajayi as the authentic faction.

The Oguntuase faction is loyal to governor Fayose while the Ajayi led faction is loyal to Senator Buruji Kashamu representing Ogun East Senatorial District of Ogun State.

You will recall that Senator Buruji Kashamu recently lambasted Governor Ayo Fayose calling him an illiterate, immature and bad-mouthed politician who destroys built institutions rather than build.

The presiding Judge, Hon. Justice Taiwo Taiwo said the motion for change of counsel to Mike Ozekhomen, SAN which is pending before the appellate court filed by the  Respondent was not enough reason for judgement to be delayed as same is against the intent and purport of the 1999 Constitution.

Mr. Oguntuase boasted of appealing the Judgement stating that "how can a person be called the chairman when the State Governor, National Assembly Members and State House of Assembly law makers are not behind him."

People had jubilated that the judgement is in favour of rule of law and democracy.

Fayose was reported to have been very saddened and sweating profusely at the hearing of the outcome of the judgement. He is yet to issue statement on the judgement

Following the Controversy that brewed the inauguration and swearing-in ceremony of Donald Trump on 20th January, 2017 as the 45th President of the United States of America, as regards the fact that Barrack Obama's Crowd at inauguration which witnessed great acceptance by Americans cannot be compared with the Scanty crowd of Trump. Trump was said to have been sworn-in amidst divisive policies, indifference and fear of uncertainty by the Americans, therefore his inauguration was poorly attended.

Donald Trump quickly denied the fact that Obama Pulled the greatest crowd ever in the history of Presidents inauguration in America and said that, "in fact my crowd triples that of Obama"

The denial was prompted by the known controversial of Mr. New President of America who believes what people says had great influence on assessment of the US election and his acceptability by the people of America.

See the picture of 2009 inauguration and 2017 inauguration above and see who was right afterall.

PROFILING AFFLICTED FAYOSE'S TENURE

The hardcore truth about Gov Fayose's administration is that it has brought un-fetched but striking changes to the face of leadership, within the shortest time limit of any elected office holder. So much that jesters, high rate thugs, illiteracy, and impunity are promoted over knowledge and intellectual wealth of the state.
I took my time to draw the pointless character of Mr Governor but it seems endless.
1. He is the first State Executive that ride and eat roasted corn on the street, like the Baboon in Richard Flory book.
2. First to be accused of murder, corruption, fraud and other criminal offenses and still manage to beat the law, and Ekiti intelligence to power again.
3. First State Governor with mouth diarrhea - loose gut.
4. First Governor in the history of our democracy that'll beat up a Federal Judge and still beat the court to running a state created and guided by decree and law.
5. First Governor to have escaped arrest in 2006 through the back door and still enjoyed orchestrated immunity by law.
6. First elected Governor and Speaker of State house of Assembly with budgetary legislative functions.
7. The first Governor that doesn't know the accurate IGR figure his government made in first 2 years in office.
8. First Governor with inconsequential statement on issues that bothers on leadership.
9. Finally, the First Governor to have appointed a 70 years old man, (Councilor) without academic qualification.

10. First Governor to have gone mad about death wish for his Commander in Chief with garrulous desire, and afflicted denial.

HE IS A LOUDMOUTHED, IMMATURE AND UNEDUCATED POLITICIAN - KASHAMU BLASTS FAYOSE

- Buruji Kashamu has blasted Ekiti state governor, Peter
Ayodele Fayose

- The senator said Fayose was unfit for the PDP Governor's
forum chair
- Kashamu called Fayose a number of names and said PDP
governor's need to find a better leader
Senator Buruji Kashamu who is representing the Ogun east
senatorial district in the national assembly, has said the PDP
Governor's forum made a mistake picking Ekiti state
governor, Ayo Fayose as their chairman.
Kashamu issued a statement expressing his views on
Sunday, January 22, at Ijebu-Igbo, Ogun state. He said: “It
was a misnomer that the governors of an opposition party
that is in need of rebranding and repositioning could chose a
liability, a loud mouth and an immature politician like Fayose
as the Chairman of the PDP Governors’ Forum
“It is not that his emergence as the Chairman of the Forum
means anything to me. But as a committed and loyal party
man, it gives me great concern that instead of taking steps
that will foster peace and unity, we are doing things that will
widen the gap and cause more unity.
“Those who chose him should have a rethink in the interest
of the party that is striving hard to return to power.
"His brother-governor, Dr Olusegun Mimiko, whose tenure he
purportedly continued as Chairman of the PDP Governors’
Forum, is a cool-headed and balanced character.
"Even then, some of us pointed out that Governor Mimiko
was slippery and sly, and a traitor who could not be relied
upon. What happened at the end of the day?
"The party broke on his head when he overreached himself in
the South West as the Chairman of the PDP Governors’
Forum at the behest of Governor Fayose.
"Instead of being a strong leader who would be fair to all,
and do good to all manner of people, without fear or favour,
he became more of a weather-beaten fowl, sullen and
uninspiring. But, we thank God that we held our grounds and
fought for our rights.
“Fayose had always wanted to be the Chairman of the PDP
Governors Forum. That was why he had some resentment
towards Mimiko upon his emergence as the Chairman of the
Forum in 2015.
"While I concede to our Governors the right to choose
whoever they want to lead them, my point is that they should
have settled for a balanced, more experienced and mature
person to lead the Forum, not a cantankerous, divisive and
unstable character like Governor Fayose who snaps at the
slightest provocation.
"I know that the Forum boasts of Governors who are true
leaders, not pretenders. There are those who are better
educated, well-cultured and better exposed who are not
working against the interest of their people and country.
"We have Governors who have held public offices since the
return to democracy in 1999 but who are untainted. The
Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) does
not have any case against them. Those are the kind of
people that could have been chosen to lead the Forum, not
one with a goodwill deficit whose hands have been found in
the public till.”
Kashamu said choosing Fayose would destroy the PDP,
saying: “How many of the notable leaders of the party in Ekiti
State and the South West are ready to work with Governor
Fayose?
"He had the opportunity to fight for the interest of the good
people of Ekiti State and Yoruba land but he flunked it,
preferring to promote impunity and side with a tiny clique
who will always do his bidding.
"How can our respected leaders stay aloof and allow this to
happen when they are aware of the genesis of the crisis in
the party – Fayose’s and Mimiko’s unbridled ambition to
impose their will on the party and ride roughshod over all
other stakeholders of the party in the South West.
“We must reject Governor Fayose now or strictly restrict him
to running the affairs of the Governors’ Forum while well-
meaning leaders and elders of the party who are not part of
the crisis bedeviling the party are allowed to take charge of
the affairs of the party and run it properly and legitimately.”
Kashamu concluded by saying: “If we must get things right,
we need to wake up from our slumber and be organized and
proactive.
"You cannot give what you don’t have. A disorganized and
tactless person cannot successfully lead a respected body
like the PDP Governors’ Forum, let alone the party. If care is
not taken, his so-called leadership of the Forum could sound
the death knell on the party.”
Meanwhile, only two days ago, some women under the aegis
of Patriotic Mothers without Borders called for the arrest of
Ekiti state governor Ayodele Fayose over his alleged
involvement in the famous $2.1 billion arms deal.
