It is no longer news that one of the leading actress, Funke Akindele popularly called Jenifer and her Husband, Abdul Rasheed Bello popularly called JJC Skillz were arrested on Sunday, the 5th day of April, 2020 sequel to a video that surfaced on the social media showing a 'seeming momentary' house party held in honour of  the talented Actress’ husband (JJC Skills).  By the contents of the said video as uploaded online, some other top celebrities as Naira Marley and several youths could be seen present and engaged in the acts of partying within the private apartment of the duo; hence, suggesting the presence of exceeded limit of permissible crowd already prohibited by the issued regulations of Lagos State Governor in curtailing the Corona Virus (COVID-19) pandemic.

Following recent outcries and sentiments whipped by Omoyele Sowore, his supporters and the key players in his defence, occasioned by his arrest and detention ordeal, everyone suddenly turned to blame the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria as a tyrant upon whose authority Omoyele Sowore had been detained and undergoing trial for treasonable felony and terrorism, among other charges. Unfortunately, most Nigerians and persons in this shoe do not know as of fact that President Buhari may not be aware that anybody called Omoyele Sowore is being held, detained and undergoing trial for such offence. Isn’t that interesting? It would be justified in due course.

In my earlier publication of 4th August, 2019, titled: ‘REVOLUTION: Sowore was not properly advised, He may be sentenced to death’, I made symbolic view of the term and word ‘revolution’ by its semantics and etymology. I advanced same in relation the provisions of law with the conclusion that the usage of the word ‘Revolution’ by Sowore whose manifest intention was further enhanced and bloated by his conducts and utterances is tantamount to an act of treason and/or at least a treasonable felony punishable by death and /or life imprisonment.

A 40-year-old man, Olubunmi Ayan, has been sentenced to two years imprisonment for revenge porn. Revenge porn or revenge pornography is the distribution of sexually explicit images or video of individuals without their permission. The sexually explicit images or video may be made by a partner of an intimate relationship with the knowledge and consent of the subject, or it may be made without his or her knowledge.
